Vignette is not required for an internet connection process photos like some apps, and your photos not uploading to a central server as instagram. Your photos do not let your device until you choose to share them.
What is different in this version:
Fixed: Gallery map links do not work with branches in the southern hemisphere.
FIX: Vignette does not work on LG Optimus Black after updated Internet connection sharing.
