Requirements: Android 4.1 +
Fast is a simple app that makes a notification of pending in your notification tray filled with up to 12 shortcuts to a application launcher, direct contacts, Instant Messenger to a contact, direct call to a contact, a shortcut to a URL or applications that you can configure.
Once the notification is made, extend the notification to see the shortcuts.
The nice thing about quickly is that it is never in the background, and the only system resource used approximately 800 KB for the notification. It's lightweight and efficient and will continue that way.
